1. Acceptance of Terms

- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account.
- Any suspicious activity must be reported to 52000 customer support immediately.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any other method to access the platform in an unauthorised manner is strictly prohibited.
3. Platform Usage Rules
The 52000 platform is provided solely for entertainment and recreational purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may harm other users or the platform itself.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account closure:
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability within the gaming system.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using a VPN or other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
- Funding an account using proceeds from illegal activities or money laundering.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 52000 customer support staff.
52000 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing an account during an investigation, without being required to provide prior reasons to the user involved.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 52000 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX (local bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. 52000 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account according to the processing time of your chosen payment method. For FPX and e-wallet deposits, processing is typically instant. 52000 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and belong to them. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 52000 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded by 52000 is subject to the rollover requirements specified in the relevant offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the stipulated conditions.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
52000 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied guarantee that services will be available without interruption. 52000 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss or service disruption due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
Under all circumstances, 52000's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the arising of the liability claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
52000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering activity, failure of identity verification, or upon request by authorised law enforcement. In cases of legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user after the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable conditions.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 52000 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 52000 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and code — is the intellectual property of 52000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 52000.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 52000 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 52000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users should read the terms and conditions of any third-party website separately.
52000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
